As a Care and Support Worker at Bishopsfield Court, you will provide quality care and support by delivering a person-centred approach, meeting individual needs as set out in our customers personalised plans. Providing support for a range of needs, this will range from personal, practical, and emotional assistance, ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything you do. Further key responsibilities are listed below:

 

  • Support customers to develop and maintain links with their local community.
  • Promote choice and ensure customers are fully involved in identifying their needs and planning their own support.
  • Provide personal care in line with individual care and support plans.
  • Administer medication when required.
  • Carry out sleep-in duties when required and where applicable to the service.

 

Our Care and Support position is based full-time at Bishopsfield Court in Peterborough and contracted to 20 hours per week. We are flexible with shift patterns, which range between 6.45am – 9.30pm.
