🏡 Join Our Team: Commercial Marketing Officer

Longhurst Group is seeking a dynamic Commercial Marketing Officer to join our award-winning Communications Team. We're looking for someone to drive our lead-generation marketing activities with a strategic focus, balancing creativity and insight to deliver the best results.

As our Commercial Marketing Officer, you'll lead the implementation of creative marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with our Sales and Development Team to spotlight our range of brand-new homes, including Rent to Buy, Shared Ownership and Outright Sale. Your objectives will be closely aligned with sales performance, help elevate our sales brand, and create and implement captivating marketing campaigns for new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities:

🚀 Craft and execute compelling marketing plans aligned with our strategic vision.

🤝 Foster strong relationships with our Sales and Development team, orchestrating a calendar of impactful campaign activities.

🏠 Raise awareness and showcase the diverse home ownership options offered by Longhurst Group.

💼 Collaborate with the Sales Team on pre-launch and launch campaigns, accelerating off-plan reservations and nurturing leads.

🌟 Lead diverse commercial and non-commercial marketing initiatives, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.

📣 Be a key member of the Communications Team to amplify campaign messages and enhance the profile of our marketing and sales activity.

📊 Set clear campaign objectives, delivering comprehensive evaluation reports to key stakeholders.

📈 Drive continuous improvement through insightful analysis of campaign performance and stakeholder behaviour.
