Our Derwent Road service offers a wide offering to our service users, ranging from day-to-day support, helping them to communicate freely and living their lives to their full potential.
If you’re new to care, uncertain what the role entails, don’t worry. We’ll help and talk you through everything at interview including the value you will add to people’s lives, what the role will entail and when you join, we’ll teach you the essential skills you need to be an amazing Support Worker. We welcome experienced Support Worker too who would enjoy sharing their knowledge with others and growing their career within our organisation.
